Tingyun immediately regenerates 5 flat energy at the start of her turn. A2 grants a 20% speed boost for 1 turn after using her skill, so Blessing an ally gets Tingyun back into the fray faster, and A4 has a very potent and very uniquely powerful effect of introducing a 40% dmg multiplier onto Tingyun’s basic attack, making her have arguably the strongest basic attack of any 4* character. Her talent also gives some of that benefit to herself Tingyun will deal an extra instance of lightning damage equal to up to 60% of the blessed character’s attack, so she can even contribute a reasonable amount of damage in addition to all her other absurd benefits.Īs if all of this wasn’t already enough to convince you, Tingyun’s bonus traces enter the ring. Your mileage may vary, perhaps even exceeding these already insane expectations, but either way, the overall performance boost Tingyun provides is nothing short of cosmic. Combined with Tingyun’s skill, she can absolutely skyrocket a single character, allowing them to deal immensely more damage than they would have without her, sometimes even bordering on double damage. Other characters that are reliant on their ultimates or that can benefit from having more usages of their ultimate automatically love Tingyun, since she can funnel them energy in order to achieve that goal.īut the fact that it also grants a huge dmg% boost to the ally for a whopping 2 turns as well makes this one of the strongest buffs in the entire game. Tingyun is therefore the only unit in the game that can grant energy upfront to allies. It restores 50 energy for the ally, as well as increasing the damage they deal by up to 50% for 2 turns. Her ultimate, like her skill, is also a single-target ally buff. This results in the blessed ally essentially getting their atk stat multiplied, allowing for harder scaling with investment into crit stats, or through activating other dmg% buffs and boons, including Tingyun’s own ultimate. While your ally is Blessed, they deal a bonus instance of lightning damage equal to up to 40% of their atk when hitting enemies. The wording is a little confusing, but what it does is increase the atk of the targeted ally by up to 50% of their base atk (level + light cone value), with an upper limit that’s decided by Tingyun’s atk value. Tingyun’s skill selects a target ally to Bless. She enables and facilitates everyone, as well as buffing the hell out of your primary damage dealer and dealing non-negligible damage of her own at the same time. Tingyun is arguably the best 4* character in the game.
